We all grow up and develop doubts, fears, insecurities, and limiting ways of thinking. Many others patterns develop naturally as we grow up. Many of them, we learned through osmosis, our childhood environment. The bottom line is, we are living our lives based on a lineage of emotionally messed up people who were doing the best they could to keep us alive and to not mess us up as much as their parents messed them up.
You can forgive the people who hurt you. Not because they deserve it, but because you deserve the peace. You can forgive yourself if you need to. If we don’t work on the stories from our past, they continue to shape us as adults.
When you change inside, the outer world also changes. Everything that happens to us has a gift and a price. The gift is well worth the price of the pain of learning, but we don’t need to continue paying the price forever. It’s just an event that occurred in time, but if we don’t let go, we carry it with us and it messes up our life and we keep paying a price, and we may never get the gift.
When we leave one relationship, we often attract another one that’s very similar, because we attract what we need to push our buttons, so we can work through those issues. Until we get it, until we work through those issues, they return.
If you want to attract different people and different situations into your life, you need to let go of your hot buttons/triggers. We attract into our lives what we most desire, and what we most fear, or water down versions of the two combined.
As long as you hold onto the story, you will keep suffering. And even if you find the gifts and the blessings, if you are still in pain when you look back at that event that happened, then you were still paying the price. You don’t need to pay the price. You can let go and get to a neutral or peace about any situation in life. You can let go of the pain, the hurt, the resentment, the anger, and get to peace with it.
That doesn’t mean what happened is acceptable. If you were mistreated, you don’t want to keep allowing that. But does mean that you can find acceptance with a historical fact that it took place in your life. You can forgive. You can let go, and let it go and move on without caring the weight of that experience around with you.
Leave behind the bitterness, the anger, the shame, the guilt, and the sadness. It’s time to move forward. You are a piece of the Divine . Its power flows through you. The same power that created the entire universe lives in you. You can have and be and do it all.
Just keep feeling whatever feelings come up without trying to make them go away, without trying to analyze them, without judgment. Just letting those feelings fully and completely be there. Keep your attention on the most intense part, and keep sending love to it. All is for a greater good. You have the power to write your own new life story. Let’s get started!

19,389 Americans do THIS “Brain Trick” Every Morning
Did Your “Genius Brain” Get Switched Off?
Most Seniors Don’t Realize This…
Getting older doesn’t have to mean your brain gets slower…
According to researchers, there’s a tiny but important part of the brain that gets “switched off” with age…
…And most people have no idea this is even happening to them.
Deep inside your brain sits a tiny structure called the hippocampus — basically your brain’s control center.
Memory, focus, mental sharpness… it all runs through there.
And according to neuroscientists, in 99% of adults over 50, it’s almost completely dormant.
Which explains things like:
❌ Brain fog
❌ Blurry memory
❌ Sudden blanks mid-conversation
None of that is “just aging.”
Your hippocampus is simply switched off.
Here’s where it gets interesting, though…
A neuroscientist recently discovered a “7-Second Brain Trick” that switches it back on.
People who’ve tried it describe it as “the fog suddenly lifted.”
So far, 19,389 Americans are doing this every morning and are reporting:
🧠 A sharper memory
⚡ All-day-long mental clarity
🎯 The “sharpness” from their younger days returning
