Time is the canvas on what your entire life is painted. Time is even more valuable than money. If you spend money, you can make it back, but you can never get your time back. And that stresses us out. Most people don’t have enough time. They feel worried, hurried and overwhelmed. They are constantly fighting for a little bit of extra time. But when they find a bit of free time, they don’t know what to do with it, and they look for ways to entertain themselves to fill the void. Your life is your time!
If you want to increase the quality of your life, you need to increase the quality of how you spend your time. First you want to make sure you are doing more and more of the things you enjoy. Set yourself up so you are doing mostly things you absolutely love. Do work, you love, spend your time with people you love, and do things you really enjoy. Then its important on how you are doing your activities. If you are stressed about time and you’re not present to the time you are doing what your love, you’re missing the point. The idea is to control your time so you are doing what you want to do when you want to do it. You must be present, in the moment. That way, while you are doing whatever activities you are doing, you are enjoying them. Of course, you can’t always do the things you love. Still you don’t have to be miserable. When you are engaged in an activity you don’t love. You still have the option to change how you feel about that activity, to be present, so you can enjoy whatever you are doing.
One of the reasons we become overwhelmed, is that we have so much to do. In our personal lives and at work, we have so many demands in our time that we start believing the lie that there is not enough time, and we start using this relief to defend ourselves from other obligations. It is time to let that go. Those kinds of thoughts create stress. When you are stressed, you are not enjoying your life, and not doing your best work.

19,389 Americans do THIS “Brain Trick” Every Morning
Did Your “Genius Brain” Get Switched Off?
Most Seniors Don’t Realize This…
Getting older doesn’t have to mean your brain gets slower…
According to researchers, there’s a tiny but important part of the brain that gets “switched off” with age…
…And most people have no idea this is even happening to them.
Deep inside your brain sits a tiny structure called the hippocampus — basically your brain’s control center.
Memory, focus, mental sharpness… it all runs through there.
And according to neuroscientists, in 99% of adults over 50, it’s almost completely dormant.
Which explains things like:
❌ Brain fog
❌ Blurry memory
❌ Sudden blanks mid-conversation
None of that is “just aging.”
Your hippocampus is simply switched off.
Here’s where it gets interesting, though…
A neuroscientist recently discovered a “7-Second Brain Trick” that switches it back on.
People who’ve tried it describe it as “the fog suddenly lifted.”
So far, 19,389 Americans are doing this every morning and are reporting:
🧠 A sharper memory
⚡ All-day-long mental clarity
🎯 The “sharpness” from their younger days returning
