Some people believe the world is hard, set in stone, “people don’t change, this is the way things are”. If you want to change your life, you cannot live in your rock reality. Some people believe that life can change, the world can change, but it’s hard and slow. Success is possible, but getting there can be a long, difficult, slow road. Some people believe that the world is like water. People can change, in fact, everyone is going to change. Some more than others, some faster than others. Everything changes, and you can get everything you want. Everything is possible. Success is highly likely, maybe inevitable. Life is filled with miracles and can change in an instant.
The way to put this into action is to surrender your attachment to a specific outcome. Keep surrendering to a Higher outcome. Live in the present moment, moment by moment. The mind can always race around, trying to figure things out. But the mind isn’t where Intuition /guidance usually comes from. To access guidance, getting centered and present is the key. Become present in each moment. Notice and appreciate everything. Just notice. When you’re in a state of being present, it is easier to hear your intuition, to see, feel, and know .
When you are in the world of water, you are persuadable, you are open to other ways of thinking, and to expansion. To get to that fluid place, you need to let go of the need to be right. The key is if you want to influence others, be influenceable. If you want to persuade others, be persuadable. Look for the value in what other people might be saying. Ask yourself, in what ways might they be right?
When you are in a discussion, notice the place you are coming from, rock, or water? Do others need to be wrong for you to be right? Or, if they are right, will that make you wrong? See everyone as whole and complete and having truth in their point of view. It’s totally OK to be wrong. It means we have just learned something and at the same time we can let go of an idea that we believed true but wasn’t.
When you let go of the the ego, the attachment to an idea or way of being, or to the part of you that wants to be right, imagine what you can now let into that now empty space. This is a huge help with surrendering pieces of the ego and letting go of the smaller version of you to let the bigger, more divine version enter and recreate a wonderful life.
The need to be right or the feeling we have been wrong, our rigidy about a belief or fixation on an idea, not only gets in the way of expanding our knowledge and our lives, it can take a toll on us physically. We are judging. We are locked into a brief system that can manifest as pain into our bodies. Much research proves that our thoughts and emotions contribute to all sorts of physical challenges. It is interesting that some people suffer from hearing loss because they were unwilling to hear something they needed to hear, or troubled vision problems because they were unwilling to see something they need to see. These people have then let go of these fears and emotions and regained full use of their senses. People who are bent over with back problems, may realize that they are holding onto burdens they could not let go of, then stand straight up and pain-free once they let that burden go. These are miracles.
Loving people live in a loving world. Hostile people live in a hostile world, same world, this is a quote from Wayne Dyer. Assume everyone is a loving person, even if they are not showing it in the present moment. Operate and live in that world because what happens in your inner world creates your outer world. Also, people tend to raise themselves up to the expectation of those they associate with. If you’re always feeling that people aren’t appreciating you, you will always attract people not appreciating you. You will always be seeking appreciation, and it will always show up as not enough appreciation, not enough respect, not enough whatever. Even when appreciation is being heaped on you like crazy, you won’t absorb it, you won’t notice it, you won’t appreciate that you are being appreciated. Your inner world creates your outer world. If you get into a mindset of, I’ve got so much, I’ve got so much, you are going to attract so much more. When you appreciate what you have, you are going to feel better instantly, and even more blessings will come into your life.

19,389 Americans do THIS “Brain Trick” Every Morning
Did Your “Genius Brain” Get Switched Off?
Most Seniors Don’t Realize This…
Getting older doesn’t have to mean your brain gets slower…
According to researchers, there’s a tiny but important part of the brain that gets “switched off” with age…
…And most people have no idea this is even happening to them.
Deep inside your brain sits a tiny structure called the hippocampus — basically your brain’s control center.
Memory, focus, mental sharpness… it all runs through there.
And according to neuroscientists, in 99% of adults over 50, it’s almost completely dormant.
Which explains things like:
❌ Brain fog
❌ Blurry memory
❌ Sudden blanks mid-conversation
None of that is “just aging.”
Your hippocampus is simply switched off.
Here’s where it gets interesting, though…
A neuroscientist recently discovered a “7-Second Brain Trick” that switches it back on.
People who’ve tried it describe it as “the fog suddenly lifted.”
So far, 19,389 Americans are doing this every morning and are reporting:
🧠 A sharper memory
⚡ All-day-long mental clarity
🎯 The “sharpness” from their younger days returning
