To get what you want in life, you have to be clear about what that is. To change your life and to help you achieve anything you want, here are five steps.
1, Clarify your direction.
2. Strategize your actions.
3. Upgrade your skills.
4. Optimize your environment.
5. Master your psychology.
To clarify your direction, it is time to set goals. What do you want? What would your life look like right now?, in the next three months, six months, 12 months? You must design your own life and not just leave it to default. You must have hopes and dreams that you take seriously enough to not give up until you achieve them. Get clear about what you want, a new car, house, job, love?
Reaching your goals is inevitable if you’re willing to keep taking the necessary actions to get there and work through the inner stuff that comes up along the way. When you become excited enough about your future and what’s possible, you can make miracles happen. So let yourself just dream for a while. And think big. Now write down your goals and dreams. Don’t worry about how you will make them happen.
Create a vision board that illustrates your goals and dreams. Make sure the pictures resonate with you, that you’re happy, excited, or feel a sense of peace when you look at them. Your feelings play a huge part in manifesting your goals and dreams. Put it up where you will see it every day.
When you know where you are headed, there’s a sense of purpose that can be far greater and way more attention grabbing than the problems of the past.
Strategize your actions What do you think you might need to do to make this happen? Pick the top goal and focus on it, making a plan to achieve it. Then ask yourself, if I could break this goal down into three major chunks what would they be?
Research what will this goal need in terms of money, time, and physical preparation. Perhaps get advice.
Get ready. Buy all the stuff needed. Do The physical preparation. Recruit help if needed.
Execute. Just do it. You will find that if your desire really isn’t attached to this, it may be time to choose another goal.
If your goal is about relationships:
Get clear about the kind of person I want to be with and the kind of relationship I’d like to have with that person. Work on my self to release any fears, doubts, insecurities, and inadequacies that would keep me from feeling like I deserve the relationship I want, or prevent you from being able to naturally attract the kind of partner you would like to be with. Go to the places the type of person I’d like to attract would hang out. Show up with an open heart, with confidence, having fun, and unattached to what happens and how it happens, let the universe unfold naturally. Now ask yourself, if I could break down my most desired goal into three major chunks what would they be then write them down.
Upgrading your skills:
What skills would you need to learn to or improve?
Optimize your environment:
The degree of challenge or ease involved in getting what you want in life is greatly influenced by your environment. There is a saying ,we become like the five people we spend the most time with, or the average income of your five closest friends is most likely the same as yours. So if you want to make a change, one of the ways to optimize your environment is to start looking for friends who most resemble the way you want to be. You can optimize your environment by adding to it or subtracting from it.
You can also optimize your physical environment by cleaning things up and tossing out all the old junk in your life. You might be surprised that many items hold emotional memories, and we hold onto those things, even if the memory was negative. By letting go of those things, we can free ourselves up in ways unimaginable.
When you change on the inside, the whole world changes on the outside. Now list the five things you can do to add or subtract from your environment that will help you achieve your goal.
Master your psychology:
Our minds and emotions, in the forms of doubt and fears, often present the biggest obstacles to our turning our problems into opportunities, And our opportunities into the exciting things we want in our lives. Here is a tool for eliminating doubts and fears. Eliminate the feeling of being stuck, so that you can create a life of your dreams. The more at peace you become, and the more you surrender your fears, the higher the likelihood that you will have the life of your dreams. Stay the course. Do the work. Face your fears.

19,389 Americans do THIS “Brain Trick” Every Morning
Did Your “Genius Brain” Get Switched Off?
Most Seniors Don’t Realize This…
Getting older doesn’t have to mean your brain gets slower…
According to researchers, there’s a tiny but important part of the brain that gets “switched off” with age…
…And most people have no idea this is even happening to them.
Deep inside your brain sits a tiny structure called the hippocampus — basically your brain’s control center.
Memory, focus, mental sharpness… it all runs through there.
And according to neuroscientists, in 99% of adults over 50, it’s almost completely dormant.
Which explains things like:
❌ Brain fog
❌ Blurry memory
❌ Sudden blanks mid-conversation
None of that is “just aging.”
Your hippocampus is simply switched off.
Here’s where it gets interesting, though…
A neuroscientist recently discovered a “7-Second Brain Trick” that switches it back on.
People who’ve tried it describe it as “the fog suddenly lifted.”
So far, 19,389 Americans are doing this every morning and are reporting:
🧠 A sharper memory
⚡ All-day-long mental clarity
🎯 The “sharpness” from their younger days returning
